Landscape Alert
![]() | New shrubs are being planted and we may need to relocate your flowers. Over the next 2-3 weeks, beginning June 2nd, your flowers may be moved. Please contact the Property Mgr if you have any questions: 630-633-5450. Starting next week, K&R landscaping will be removing dead shrubs from the property. They will be replacing some of the shrubs and trees. If you have planted annuals and perennials in the beds that normally would have shrubs, those plantings may be removed to make room for the new Shrubs. The shrubs are being planted as part of the master landscape plan; therefore, some of your plantings may be relocated to ensure consistency of the landscape design. If you have any questions please contact the property manager, Theresa Brick on the number listed above. Residents may use hand held hoses anytime to water trees, shrubs and flowers. It is very important to water these plantings to assure their survival. Lawn sprinkling is only permitted during the hours of 6-10 a.m. and 6–10 p.m. Property owners with odd-numbered street addresses may use sprinklers on odd-numbered days of the month. Property owners with even-numbered street addresses may use sprinklers on even-numbered days of the month. Please be kind to the hard working individuals that will be installing the plants and mulch by allowing them to use your hose or spicket to cool off. To stay safe from the heat, the workers may need to drink from the spicket, or put their heads or necks under the cool water. The minimal use of water will not effect your water bill and will assure the safety of the contractors. We would appreciate if you would show the same courtesy to the paint and sealcoating contractors. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. |
