09/19/08 - Public Hearing Notice
| A notice of public hearing has been posted on the parcel of land near the Signature Club, next to Goodyear Tire and the KFC. The land is being considered for re-zoning for use of a day care center/nursery school. The maximum occupancy for the day care center is 224. Some Homeowners in the Signature Club received a letter regarding this matter. If you have any objections to having a day care center/nursery on that site or you are in favor of having the a day care center on that parcel of land, please plan to attend the public hearing on October 1, 2008 at 7:00pm at the City Council Chambers, 400 South Eagle street, Naperville, Illinois to voice your opinion.
