You will received an e-mail response in most cases within 24 hours. Your Property Manager endeavors to return phone calls to answer any questions and to resolve problems. Please allow 48 hours for a return call due to the volume of calls received daily. If you call in a work order or violation complaint please do not request a return call. Be assured the violation will be handled in a prompt and private manner. All work orders will be issued to a contractor within 3 days of your call or within 24 hours for more vital situations. Please allow 10 days for non-emergency repairs. Once a repair is made to your unit, a door tag will be left on the front door advising that the work is complete or will advise that a follow-up visit is needed. There is a 24 hour emergency service that can be reached by calling 630-633-5450. All emergency calls will be directed to the manager on call. |
