Leasing Amendment
 | PLEASE VOTE. You have been mailed a ballot and information with regard to restricting leasing to 7% of the ownership. This amendment is important to the community. There is currently a Bill before the Illinois government that is seeking to require all associations to allow no less than 20% rentals. If this Bill passes into law, that will mean a potential for 48 of the townhomes at your community to be rentals. If you are going to control the number of rental homes in your community, now is the time to do it. Onlt if you have a more restrictive requirement before the law passes will you be able to keep rentals below 20%.
